Introduction
Welcome to R&B Home Cleaning Services. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided
R&B Home Cleaning Services offers a range of home cleaning services, including but not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window washing, and organizing. The scope of the services will be agreed upon in advance, either via our website, phone, or email.

2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings for cleaning services can be made via our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will be sent to the client via email or text. A valid credit card or payment method is required at the time of booking.

• Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment to avoid charges.

3. Payment
Payments for services can be made upfront or upon completion of the cleaning session, unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfer, and cash. In the event of delayed payment, a late fee of 5% per day may be applied.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
• Refunds are only applicable if services are canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time or in the event that the service is not performed as agreed upon.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned.
• Any fragile or valuable items must be securely stored away.
• Please inform us of any areas requiring special attention or any items that may require extra care.

6. Service Guarantee
We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will re-clean the area at no additional cost.

7. Liability
R&B Home Cleaning Services is not responsible for damages caused by faulty or inadequate equipment, products, or other issues outside of our control. Our team is fully trained, but we are not liable for damages resulting from actions beyond our reasonable control, such as pre-existing damage to property, worn-out appliances, or improper cleaning requests.

• Any damages caused by our staff during the cleaning process must be reported within 48 hours for investigation.

8. Insurance
R&B Home Cleaning Services carries liability insurance to cover any accidental damages that may occur during cleaning. Please inform us immediately if an issue arises.

9. Employee Conduct
Our employees will maintain a professional demeanor during service appointments. They are trained to adhere to company policies and treat your home and property with respect. Any inappropriate conduct or complaints regarding our staff should be reported immediately.

10. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients. Any personal information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

11. Modification of Terms
R&B Home Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
